Thelma "Darlene" Mitchell passed away August 13, 2009, at home, surrounded by her loved ones. Darlene was born on January 10, 1934 to Jesse O. Beekman and Helen Garrison. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Jahn in 2008 and her sister, Marilyn Maple. She is survived by her son, P. Jeff Bryan; granddaughter, Stephanie Jahn and fiancé Dan Cockrell; grandson, Dustin Bryan and loving family. Visitation, Sunday, August 16, 2009 from 5-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH. Funeral Service, Monday, August 17, 2009 at 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment at Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington, OH. In lieu of flowers, please consider sending planters.
