Tammy M. Ferbrache, 57, passed away Sept. 27, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Seidle.
Tammy is survived by husband, David; mother, Alice Seidle; daughters, Crystal (Jason) Erving and Jodi (Paul) Maynard; sons, Clif Clark and David Ferbrache; grandchildren, Felicity, Clayton, Jared, Carolyn, Naudia, Zarin, Jordyn, Audrina, Little Paul, and Jaylynn; brothers, Steve (Teresa) Seidle, Rick Seidle, Jim (Charlotte) Seidle, Butch (Mary) Seidle; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation Friday, Oct. 2, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015 at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tammy's memory to the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, 460 W 10th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43210.
