Tammy is survived by her mother, Jean Lavely; brothers, Steve (Joyce) Wilson and Robert Lavely; brother-in-law, aunt, nieces, nephew, and cousins. Also left to cherish her memory are her dear friends, John Sedan, Shelly Moye, Trish Collins, MaryAnn Russell, and Barb Graber.
She was preceded in death by son, Seth Jenny; father, Ronald Lavely; brothers, David Lavely and Troy Wilson; and sister, Michelle McAninch.
Tammy graduated from West Jefferson High School in 1982 and retired from Eddie Bauer in 2002. Tammy was a very special person and was loved by so many people. She will be dearly missed.
Per her wishes, there will be no public services.
