Tara Luan (Brigner) Hensley, 28, Columbus Ohio, passed away on April 8th 2021.
Surviving family includes a loving husband of 6 years, Mark Hensley, Jr; son, Noah Hensley; stepdaughter, Emily Hensley; parents Kim(Jorge) Feliciano and Tracy(Teresa) Brigner; sister, Kara(Jacob)Osborne; brothers, Boogie(Katie) Brigner, Gabriel Feliciano and Tim Caldwell; Grandparents James(Linda) Townsend, Pat and Pirate Harris; father/mother-in-law, Mark(Sandy) Hensley, Sr; sister-in-law Nicole(Daniel) Palmer; nephew, Lucas Brigner; nieces, Kenzie Osborne, Brooklyn and Hailey Palmer and close friends, Tanja Hanson, Greg Bladecki and Bobbie Gardner; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Tara is preceded in death by her pap-paw Paul Brigner and all of her great grandparents and other family members
Tara was born on December 29th 1992 to Kim Feliciano and Tracy Brigner. Tara attended West High school and enjoyed playing softball and basketball. She graduated as salutatorian in 2011.
Tara enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Tara really liked the game show Deal or No Deal. Tara loved drawing, coloring, listening to music and playing with Noah.
Tara was a true fighter, when she was first diagnosed with stage 4 Breast cancer in the fall of 2018, she was determined to fight it at all cost. She was a warrior fighting until the very end. She didn't want to give up, she tried her hardest for her family and tried to be encouraging to everyone around her. Through it all, she always tried to have a smile on her face.
Tara was everyone's Angel and always had a smile on her beautiful face.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 13th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a funeral service immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43213
Donations are currently being accepted at the funeral home.
