Teresa Lynn (Nichols) Cook, 47, passed away suddenly Friday, September 2, 2005 at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, AL. She was born in Kinston, NC. She is survived by her husband, Hassell T. Cook; sons, Joshua and Daniel Cook; parents Jack and Hilde Nichols; brothers Gerald Nichols of Ashville, OH, Donald (Kathy) Nichols of Lewis Center, OH, Bruce (Cindy) Nichols of Ashville, OH and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:30AM Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00PM Friday, September 9, 2005 at the funeral home. Rev. Douglas Nault will be officiating with interment at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Rt 23, South of South Bloomfield, OH. Messages of condolence may be left at www.newcomerfamily.com
