Theodore J."Stix" Levingston, 71, of Columbus, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2009, surrounded by his loving family and special friend, Melvin. Born to Paul A and Violet E. (Jones) Levingston in Newark, OH on February 25, 1938, "Stix" is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ralph Levingston. Survivors include his daughter, Lorelei (Donald) Tolliver; special companion, Melvin Mitchell; step-sons, David, Michael and Christopher (Stephanie) Nelson; sister, Barbara Ledbetter; granddaughters, Specialist Jamie Levingston and Charleigh Shannon; great-granddaughter, Isabelle Levingston; former wife, Joyce Sullivan; 1 niece, 2 nephews and many other relatives. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, 2009, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2009, 10:00 AM at Rocky Fork Cemetery, Techniglass Road, Newark, OH 43055.
