Thomas Edward Watkins Sr., 68, passed away October 28, 2010. He was born March 31, 1942 to Ora and Nellie Watkins, who preceded him in death. Tom is survived by his wife of 45 years, Susan; daughter, Donna (Reece) Watkins Dalton; sons, Thomas (Lisa) Jr., Christopher (Barbara) and Patrick (Cherene) Watkins; grandchildren, Heather, Ashley (Adam), Jason, Wiliam (Alexa), Alizabeth, Jordan, Cosette (Lance), Ryan, Nic; six great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Jannine); brother-in-law, Dr. William Slater and furry companion, Fritz. Tom retired from Conrail (CSX) after 41 years of service. He was also a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Dublin, OH. Visitation Tuesday, November 2, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 10 AM with visitation one hour prior at St. John Lutheran Church, 6135 Rings Rd., Dublin, OH 43016. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory to St. John.
