Thomas Freund, 68, of Grove City, passed away March 19, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Helen Freund. Thomas is survived by his wife, Tonyia; daughters, Renee (Scott) Burton, Nell (Mark) Gerhart; grandchildren, Ryan and Elizabeth Burton, Lauren and Lindsay Shepherd and an extended family of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Thomas was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Grove City and was retired from Honda of America in Marysville. He also retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, March 22, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 1:00PM Friday, March 23, 2007 at Faith Baptist Church, 2848 Demorest Rd., Grove City, Ohio. Pastor Bud Brown will be officiating with interment at Concord Cemetery.
