Thurgood was born March 4, 1954, in Tuscaloosa, AL to the late Joseph Scott and Lillie Linebarger Taylor.
Hobbies/Interests/Military/Church/Work/Education: Graduate of Druid Highschool in Tuscaloosa. Thurgood enjoyed spending time with family, vacations, sports specifically football and basketball. Thurgood was a diligent worker and business owner but enjoyed spending time with his children and coaching them at sporting events.
Thurgood will be deeply missed by Amanda Linebarger his wife of 49 years. Children, Tracy Linebarger, Ashlee Linebarger, and Thurgood Joseph Tony (Jasmine) Linebarger. Grandchild, Isaiah King Lucious, Nieces, Dana Thompson-Crumpton and Yolanda Green Davis. Brother, Earl Linebarger, Sister Linebarger Simon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Brother, Ronnye (Mary) Linebarger and sister Jacqueline Linebarger Stephenson.
