Timothy Dale Lower passed away on Monday, 08/23/2021. He was proceeded in death by his mother Donna Lower and father Lewis Lower. He was survived by his sisters Robin Johnson, Melody Huffman, Valerie Patton and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and great friends.
