Timothy Michael Shear

Timothy Michael Shear, age 71, of Powell, Ohio passed away peacefully and unexpectedly Monday, Nov. 30, 2020.
He was born April 20, 1949 in Cleveland, Ohio, a son to Jack G. & Mary (Schofield) Shear of Bay Village.
Tim is survived by his wife Carol J. Shear, his son Austin Shear, daughter Amanda Shear, son Jeff (Angie) Shear, son Jason (Sarah) Shear, son Justin (Samantha) Shear, 6 grandchildren Lorraine, Bernadette, Max, Camilla, Nolan & Elsie, brother, Theodore "Ted" Shear, sister Kathleen (Shear) Kizer, brother Steven Shear, brother Jack (Jackie) Shear, brother Christopher Shear; 25 Nieces & Nephews; including all of his golf buddies & those friends that have always been considered "family".
He accomplished anything and everything he chose to, proving to be an amazing inspiration to all he knew. Nothing was unachievable for Tim, which he exhibited throughout his life-then encouraged and lifted everyone up to believe the same within themselves.
From owning an auto parts store in his early twenties, to starting & building a successful real estate company in Cleveland with over 100 Realtors, to spending years traveling around the world delivering over 300 two day personal development programs inspiring thousands of people, to culminating his career in new homes sales and utilizing his amazing talent & incredible craft of designing high-end custom homes.
Immediate Family will be attending a private funeral service due to the current COVID-19 situation on Friday, December 4, 2020 and will have a video of the funeral service available December 5, 2020 for those that wished they could attend. Access can be obtained at www.NewcomerColumbus.com. We will plan a Celebration of Life party once a vaccine has been distributed. Please share a happy memory or moment online on Tim's obituary page.
