Tina Marie Campbell, 41, Westerville, passed away May 31, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. Tina was born in Columbus, OH on January 11, 1970, to Bill Hayslip and Janice (Myers) Stafford. Tina is survived by her husband, Tom Campbell; daughter, Katelyn; sons, Tommy and Johnny; parents, Bob and Janice Stafford and Bill Hayslip; brother, Bobby Stafford; grandparents, John and Betty Myers; father and mother-in-law; Elbert and Thea Sykes; brothers-in-law, Gary and Mike; sisters-in-law; Rita and Theresa; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whose lives were touched by her. Tina graduated from New Albany High School. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2011, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, June 3, 2011, 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Concord Counseling Services, 700 Brooksedge Blvd, Westerville, OH 43081 (Http://www.concordcounseling.org/) or CHA Animal Shelter, 3765 Corporate Drive, Columbus, OH 43231 (http://www.chaanimalshelter.org/).
