Tina was born on October 23, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Howard and Myrtle Hughes.
She is preceded in death by brothers, Richard Hughes, Mark Hughes, and Jeffrey Hughes.
Tina is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald Norris, Sr.; son, Donald (Rochelle) Norris, Jr., daughter, Misty Norris; grandchildren, Jornee Norris, Miguel Norris, Kane Norris, Dallas Norris, Joshua Norris, Jordan Patrick, Jacob Patrick, Bryan Oxendine, Haley Oxendine, Bradley Oxendine, Ceara Oxendine; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Pamela Henry, Michael Hughes, Donna Guskey, Donald Myers; mother-in-law, Sylvia Hopkins; brother-in-law, Greg Norris and a host of other family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Monday, September 12, 2022 from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231 with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00pm. She will be laid to rest at Jefferson Cemetery in Blacklick, Ohio.
