Todd G. Christy, 71, of Grove City, passed away Friday, December 26, 2008. Born to Delmar and Mildred (Motter) Christy in Napoleon, OH on August 19, 1937, Todd is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Kate Adams. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Dorothy (Schliesser) Christy; son, Todd (Kelley) Christy; daughter, Stacy (Jeff) Cahill; sisters, Velma (Bruce) Gray and Gladys (Ralph) Nutter; grandchildren, Brooklynn Christy, Todd J. Christy and Meghan Fraker; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. For 55 years, Todd actively drove and trained harness horses at various tracks throughout North America. A Memorial Service will be held in Napoleon, Ohio at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Todd's name to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1100 Dennison Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201. The Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH is honored to serve the Christy Family.
