Valerie Kay Bailey

Valerie kay (Wooton) Bailey was born on April 19th 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to Charles Wooton, the late Joy (McDaniel) Wooton along with Donna B. Wooton. Valerie passed on July 5th, 2021 at the age of 62.

Valerie was passionate about her family, friends and animals. She loved to garden, take nature walks and trips to the beach. Valerie also enjoyed music and attending concerts with her beloved friends and neighbors. Valerie was the heart and soul of her family and friends. She treasured her loved ones and embraced everyone one of them. She had a vibrant personality and everyone she met loved her dearly.

Valerie will be deeply missed. She was the loving wife of Jeffrey "Bugsy" Bailey. Devoted Mother of Ashlee and Amber Bailey and Kari Baughman. Adored Mammy of Kayden Balluff, Jeffery, Jacob and Isabella Baughman. Dear sister of Charles "Chip" Wooton and wife Silvia Wooton. Cherished daughter and sister in law to Dixie and Kim Bailey, and nephews Dustin Rife and Anthony Genheimer. Along with the entire Palmer and Wooton families and many others.
