Vicki J. Cremeans, 58, New Albany, passed away Monday, January 3, 2011, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Vicki was born in Portsmouth, OH on October 8, 1952, to the late Overton Osborne and Wanda (Eggers) Osborne- Rigsby. Vicki is also preceded in death by a brother, Paul Osborne; step-father, Clarence Rigsby and her canine friend, "Pepper". Survivors include her husband of twelve years, Richard C. Cremeans; son, Von (Stephanie) Cremeans; step-mother, Dorothy Osborne; brothers, Harold "Buck" (Kaye) Osborne, Robert (Andreal) Osborne, Jeffrey (Crystal) Osborne; sister-in-law, Jan Osborne; grandchildren, Megan and Brooke Cremeans; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Vicki was a 1970 graduate of Glenwood High School in New Boston, OH and worked for Plastic-Resources of Columbus, OH for 24 years. Vicki attended Maize Road Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2011, 2-4PM & 6-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2011, 11:00 AM at Maize Road Baptist Church, 4251 Maize Road, Columbus, OH with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at Fernwood Cemetery, Lockbourne, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 870 Michigan Avenue, Columbus, OH 43215.
