Virginia May Armstrong, 97, born October 27, 1912, passed away June 11, 2010 in Thornville, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Bertha (May) Cotterman; sisters, Nellie Lacey and Joann Irvin as well as husband, Leon Edward Armstrong. She is survived by her children, Charles Armstrong, Sue Rivette, Jeannette Burwell and Karen Deavers; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. Services are private. Interment will take place at a later date at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, Columbus, OH was honored to serve the Armstrong family.
