Virginia Ferlisi, 85, of Columbus, passed away on November 9, 2008. Born to Ed and Mary Condon in NY on September 28, 1923, Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Josephine Condon; brothers, Neil and Tommy Condon; son-in-law, Robert Chiusano. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Sebastian "Ben" Ferlisi; daughters, Patty Chiusano and Linda Steck; grandchildren, Donna (Brad), Maria (David) Lori and Gina; great-grandchildren, Riley, Maggie, Sarah, Joey, Timmy and Jessa; 1 great-great-grandchild. The family would like to thank the staff at Emerald Crossing for the kind and loving care that Virginia received. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, 4-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Thursday, November 13, 2008, 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Chapel, 5600 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 3380 Tremont Road, Columbus, OH 43221.
