Virginia A. Ferrell, 62, Columbus, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2011. Virginia was born in Columbus, OH on May 21, 1948, to Albert and Goldie (McDonald) Helsel and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Noah "Eddie" Ferrell; sister, Janet Sparks; niece, Amy Helsel. Survivors include her sons, Albert (Samantha) Tipton, Arvel Ray (Vicki) Tipton, Joshua (Christine) Helsel and Frank (Marie) Helsel; brother, Lauren (Donna) Helsel; 7 grandchildren; nieces, Tonya Williamson and Tammi Meredith. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Thursday, April 21, 2011, 10 AM. Interment will follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, Ohio.
