Virginia Ruth Hinder

Virginia "Ginny" Ruth (McDaniel) Hinder passed from this life to the next October 24, 2022. She was welcomed by loved ones who were called before her including her beloved husband, Harold "Hank" Hinder; Mother and Father, Olga and Zane McDaniel; Brother, Warren Phillip "Mac" McDaniel; step-sister Dorothy Lindsay; and grandson, Landon Shane Ramirez.
Born October 27, 1929 she graduated from North High School where she was an active member of the alumni. She married Hank, the love of her life, on April 17,1949. In their 66 years of marriage, they adopted two daughters - Jennifer Cooper and Tamara "Tammy" Hinder.
They were devoted grandparents to Taylor (Zugschwert) McHale /(Patrick), Landon Ramirez, Rae Ann (Zugschwert) Smith, and William "Drake" Jones /(Andrea). They were devoted great grandparents to Hailey Piche, Riley McHale, Brynnan McHale, Mathew McHale, Bodhi Smith, Luna Smith, Allison McHale, and Luke McHale. She is also survived by nephew John McDaniel(Sue), and niece, Judy Bowyer.
They loved to travel and found their "happy place" in Panama City Beach, Florida where they vacationed since 1961.
While they lived the majority of their married life in Maize Meadows (Columbus), they called The Village of North Falls (Delaware) home for the last 12 years.
She has loved, been loved, and will be greatly missed by her family, and many friends - a tribute to a long and well lived life.
Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on her 93rd birthday, Thursday, October 27th from 5-7pm in the clubhouse at The Village of North Falls Condominiums, 6951 Falls View Circle, Delaware, OH 43015.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ginny's name to the Delaware County Humane Society at https://hsdc.ohio.org/donate
