Virginia K. Lewis, 84, of Grove City, passed away September 4, 2006. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, James Lewis; daughter, Nancy Fuller; son, James (Barbara) Lewis; grandchildren, Tim Fuller, Lindsay Fuller, Emily Hollomon; great-grandchildren, Torre and Jenne Weeks and half sister, Jane (Ed) Gegenheimer. Virginia was a member of the Buckeye Alumni Association. She loved animals, kids, flowers and to read. Virginia taught Elementary Education with Columbus Public Schools on Hamilton Avenue for 20 years. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, September 7, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Friday, September 8, 2006 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Last Chance Corral, 5350 Pomeroy Rd., Athens, Ohio 45701 or The Arthritis Foundation, 3740 Ridge Mill Dr., Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
