Born to the late Eola and Ruth (Colby) Meldick in Jackson, OH on May 26, 1925, Vivian is survived by her husband, Frederick J Pellegrino; daughter, Carmen (Michael) Clark; sons, Brent and Marc Pellegrino; grandchildren, Mike Jr, Scott and Paige. At Vivian's request, no services will be held and Memorial Contributions in her name may be made to HomeReach Hospice, C/O of OhioHealth Foundation, 180 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43214-9988. Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, is honored to assist the Pellegrino family.
