MARTIN
Wallace R. Martin, Sr., 88, of Pataskala, passed away peacefully Monday, January 18, 2010. Wallace is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth (Betty) Martin and a daughter-in-law, Bessie and Bonnie. Survivors include 5 sons, Wallace (Shirley) Jr., Raymond (Marlene), Samuel (Theresa), Thomas (Cheryl) and Lynne; 2 daughters, Carol Love and Darlene (Richard) Brinson; 22 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. He served his country in the Civil Conservation Corp, farmed, was a carpenter, and enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing and hunting. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, January 22, 2010, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester, OH.
