Walter L. Minniear, 83, of Columbus, passed away April 30, 2012 at 1st Community Village. He was born February, 14, 1929. Preceded in death by parents, Walter H. and Mildred Minniear; sisters, Ida, Naomi and Rosalie and sons, Harold and Thomas. Survived by his wife, Carol; children, David (Lisa), Dennis, Lawrence (Debbie), Karen (Bob), Kathie (John), Kenny (Jenny); sisters, Annabelle Ames, Josie Yinger, Sharon (Francis) Stump; brothers, Lawrence (Donna) Minniear and Michael (Elaine) Minniear; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, May 4, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 with funeral services immediately following at 1:00 PM. Burial at Green Lawn Cemetery.
