Walter Parks, Jr. 31, Westerville, passed away in his sleep, Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Walter was born in Columbus, OH on August 16, 1980, to Walter Parks, Sr. and Judith (Jones) Parks, and is preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver and Evelyn Jones. Survivors include his parents; daughters, Kennedey, Kayly, Khia and their mother, Kelley Price; brother, Michael Parks; best friend, Bobby Ramey; cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September, 3, 2011, 2-4 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH.
