Wanda Humker

Wanda Lee Samples Humker, 64 of Columbus, Ohio passed away on July 8, 2013 peacefully while at the Kobacher Hospice Home with her sons by her side. Wanda was born August 26, 1948 in Clay County, West Virginia to the late Dock and Maxine Samples.

Wanda was retired from Briskheat Corporation of Columbus. Wanda loved spending time with her family and friends at social outings.

She is survived by her sons James (Barbara) Fultz of Columbus, Marc (Amy) Humker of Westerville and her grandchildren Shyanne and Wade Humker. She is also survived by her sister, Jerlene Kauderer of Cincinnati; her brothers, Benjamin (Judy) Samples of Westerville, Leonard (Carol) Samples of Harrisburg; brother-in-law, Bodie Marcum of Kermit, West Virginia; sister-in-law, Judith Samples of Westerville.

She was predeceased by her sister, Hazel Darlene of Kermit, West Virginia; brothers, Kenneth of Westerville and Frank of Elkview, West Virginia.

We want to thank Home Reach Hospice for the wonderful and loving care they gave Mom and especially her nurse, Jennifer and her aide, Suzanne.
