Wanda J. (Dutiel) Owens, 69, passed away April 20, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Mary Dutiel and two brothers, Calbert and Leslie Dutiel. She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Richard; children, Derek (Sharon) Owens and Kathy (Vince) Cordi; grandchildren, Chastity (Chris) and Amanda (Robby); great-grandchildren, Shelby, Christopher, Dylan, Landan, Shaylee and Paytan; furry companion, Ginger; siblings, Thurman Dutiel, Sandy Nagel and Linda Fraley. Wanda worked at Colfab Federal Credit Union for many years and retired from Columbus Metro Federal Credit Union. She enjoyed quilting and gardening. A special thank you to Odyssey HealthCare. Visitation Friday, April 22, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH. Funeral Service Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 3 PM at Bloom Freewill Baptist Church in Scioto Furnace, OH. Interment to follow at South Webster Cemetery, South Webster, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Odyssey HealthCare, 540 Officecenter Place, Suite 100, Gahanna, OH 43230-5317.
