Warren "Ralph" Fischer, 82, of Columbus, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Born June 27, 1926, in Columbus, Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, Cedric and Hilda Fischer; sister, Mildred and brother, Richard Fischer. Survivors include his sisters, Norma Rossenberry, Ruth Lambert and Joyce (Hector) DeLarnay; brothers, Robert, James R., and Ronald Fischer; nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 24, 2008, 5-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH. Private Interment will take place on Monday at Blendon Central Cemetery, Westerville, OH.
