William Austin, 82, of Grove City, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West. He was born September 23, 1927, in McKean Co., PA, son of the late Oscar and Mildred Sterling Austin. In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Austin; sisters, Mae and Dora Austin; brothers, Walter and Roy Austin. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. William is survived by his daughter, Christina (Richard) Stearns; brother, Art Austin; grandchildren, Sami, Sydney and Sierra Downing; niece, Effie Newkirk.
