Capalino, William Anthony Jr. "Tony"
Born to William Anthony and Marilyn (Melaragno) Capalino of Dublin, Ohio on October 23, 1978, Tony went to spend eternity with the Lord on June 2, 2023. He was a beloved son, brother, and uncle but his greatest title was "dad".
Tony was a 1998 graduate of Dublin Scioto High School, where he played lacrosse. From an early age, he was also very active in baseball, making many friends and memories as he moved from little league to pony league through the years. Tony later went on to attend Columbus State Community College, majoring in Computer Science and earned an Associate's Degree. He began his career with TA Technologies in 2001. Over the next 20 years, he stayed in the field of Information Technology, earning numerous licenses and certifications along the way. Most recently, Tony served as an IT Infrastructure Senior Manager with HBD Industries, Inc. Outside of work, Tony enjoyed fishing, camping, Ohio State Football, and most importantly, the time he spent with his daughters.
Tony was proceeded in death and welcomed with loving arms by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Bernice Capalino, and maternal grandparents, John and Nedda Melaragno.
Tony leaves behind his greatest joys and the loves of his life, daughters Taryen Marie, Tayla Rose, their sister Talley Hartranft, and their mother, Lacey Capalino.
He is also survived by his parents, Bill and Marilyn Capalino; sisters Marcie (Capalino) Sakash of Grandview and Michelle (Capalino) Griffith of Hilliard; nephews Jacob, Hudson and Keaton; and nieces Mia and Charley. Tony will be sorely missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends, including those from the Foxboro neighborhood. Tony's charismatic, energetic personality and giving heart will forever missed and loved. The family would like to invite family and friends to honor Tony in a Celebration of Life on Friday, July 14, 2023, with a casual open house from 5-8pm at the Amelita Mirolo Barn in Upper Arlington, OH.
In lieu of flowers, an account will be set up on behalf of his daughters. The family would like to thank everyone for the support and prayers received during this time and look forward to celebrating Tony's life soon.
