William McDonald French, 64, passed away December 9, 2010 in Newark, OH. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to the late Harold W. and Nancy French. He is survived by his children, Mary (Wayne Bobo) French and William Reed French; and one grandson, Steven Skalicky.
Bill graduated from Marion Franklin High School in 1965 and BYU in 1972. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served as a missionary in the Northern States Mission. He loved OSU football and civil war history.
Funeral Service Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 6500 Fox Hill Dr., Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Interment to follow at Union Grove Cemetery, Canal Winchester.
Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH was honored to serve the French family.
