William J. Grace, 79, of Hilliard, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2009, at Kobacker House. Born on April 30, 1929, Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Alma (Spillman) Grace. Survivors include his wife, Corinne (Huff) Grace; daughters, Brenda Wolfe, Melody (Rod) Gray, Jacquie (Ryan) Schneider; sons, William J. Grace, Jr.and James (Stephanie) Hill; seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; many friends at the American Legion and Faith Tabernacle. Bill served as an MP in the US Army and worked for Columbus Coated Fabrics for 46 years. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, step-father, grandfather and friend. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 24, 2009, 1-2 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Grove City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HomeReach Hospice, 3595 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43214.
