William J. Boswell, 86, Westerville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born in West Virginia on November 13, 1923, and is preceded in death by his wife, Hester Jean (Knight) Boswell. Survivors include his daughter, Sandra Ball; sister, June DeMoss; brother, Carl Cain; loving brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; many friends and his church family. Bill worked in the construction industry most of his life and also worked at the Champions Golf Course for several years. He was a faithful member of the Providence Baptist Church of Westerville. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 6, 2010, 9-10 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Pastor Bradley Jury will officiate. Interment to follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens. The family would like to thank Bill's neighbors for their loving care and attention.
