Especially clocks, watches, hats, and crosses. Bill worked for nearly 40 years at various jobs. Top Value Stamps, laying carpet, Marietta College Maintenance, Jordan Doors, Sister’s Chicken, Holiday Inn Maintenance on Hamilton Rd, and affiliates at the airport. He retired early because of his health. His most important job was looking after his mother. He was such a tremendous help to her. Even when they both became more dependent on outside care. They kept each other company and helped each other. Bill: Son, Father, Brother, Grandfather, Uncle, Cousin.
You will be missed. You are Forever In Our Hearts. “Miss me, but let me go. Why cry for a soul set free? For this journey we must all take. And each must go alone. It’s all part of the master’s plan. A step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick at heart. Go to the friends we know. Laugh at all the things we used to do. Miss me, but let me go.”
Family only service to be held Sunday June 2, 2024, at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus. His final resting place will be East Lawn Memorial Park in Marietta, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
