William "Bill" O'Connor, 62, of Grove City, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at his residence. He was born February 18, 1947, in Columbus, son of the late Harry and Lila Swank O'Connor. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Twinkle Innis. He was an avid O.S.U. fan. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, "Sis" Nola Courtright O'Connor; daughters, Tammy (Mike) Frank and Pam "Sissy" (Bob) Koetz; son, William "Chip" (Lou) O'Connor brothers, Harry "Jim" (Becky) and Danny O'Connor; sisters, Karen Crabtree and Sharma (Dale) Presley; grandchildren, Katie, Aubrey, Kathryn, Courtney, Brooklyn, Kamryn, Jacob, Bubba, Connor, Cody and Andrew. Visitation will be Saturday, March 21, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral service will be Monday, March 23, 2009 at 3:30 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home.

Bill had a tremendous love and passion for the Buckeyes and casual O.S.U. attire would be greatly appreciated for everyone attending the services.
