William Othy Rohr, 87, passed away April 27, 2012 at his home. Born November 8, 1924 in Greenville, OH.
He was preceded in death by parents, Lester and Zelma; wife, Florence; son, Jerry, grandchildren, Jason and Sara, two brothers and two sisters.
William is survived by his children, Paul (Barbara) Rohr, Nancy Kidd and Tammy Hogan; sister, Mildred Stone; six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
William served in the United States Army during WWII.
Visitation Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Monday, April 30, 2012 at 10:30 am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
The family would like to thank Mount Carmel West Hospice staff for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in William's honor to Mount Carmel Hospice c/o Mount Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-9924.
