He was preceded in death by his parents, William L. Watkins Sr. and Anna (Rosser) Watkins, Walter Watkins, William Watkins III.

Surviving family includes children, Jodi Counts, Marti Nitchman, siblings, Wilma Watkins, Marti Ray, Georgi Gunnell, grandchildren, Dalton Nitchman, Ashley Counts, Joshua Counts, Justin Counts, great-grandchildren, Riley, Chloe, Amarra, Cayden.

Visitation will be held from 3-6pm, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, OH 43065 A funeral service will be held at 11am, Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates, Reynoldsburg, OH.
