On January 14, 2021 Reverend Windall Keith Lester, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, passed away and went home to his Lord and Savior at the age of 85.
Windall was born April 13, 1935 in Christian, West Virginia to Ula and Elsie (Grimmett) Lester. Graduated from Man High School in 1953 with All State Honors in football. On July 17, 1954 he married the love of his life Betty Jo Doss. They raised three children, Vicki, Clifton, and Kevin. He began ministering at the age of 19 and became ordained on May 12, 1966.
Windall always had a extreme passion for spreading the word of God to all those that he could, even in his final hours. He was a pastor and evangelist for 66 plus years.
Over the years, he fished, and loved to hunt with his many hunting dogs. Work in his enormous gardens and share his harvest with everyone in need or want! He and Betty enjoyed hosting family reunions an their home in Centerburg, Ohio. He also loved spending the winters in Florida.
Windall is preceded in death by his father, Ula, mother, Elsie, sisters, Elline Lester, Betty Jeane, Janice Ellis, and Helen Fraley; brother, Charles Lester; father and mother in law, Robert and Clarice Doss. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Betty; three children, Vicki (Bill) Rose, Clifton (Lois) Lester, and Kevin (Tammy) Lester; seven grandchildren, Jessica, Arianna, Clinton, Tiffany, Krystal, Niki, and Kelli; 17 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and other good friends and family.

A Celebration of Life and Going Home service will be held at the Life Church at Easton, 5000 Sunbury Road, Columbus, OH. 43230 on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will begin that day at 11:00 am.
