Woodridge "Woody" Wells, 73, of Grove City, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2009 at his residence. He was born September 15, 1935, in Van Lear, KY, son of the late Glen and Loretta Blair Wells. He was a Ham Radio Operator KB8FJY and member of the Grove City Church of the Nazarene for over 20 years and also belonged to the Neococcia Masonic Lodge. Woody is survived by his wife, Norma Minkin Wells; son, Dan (Andrea) Wells and grandson, Zach Wells. The family will be receiving friends at the home on Monday, May 11, 2009 from 6:00-9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 6500 Busch Blvd. Ste. 210 Columbus, OH 43229 or Hilliard Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct, Columbus, OH 43026. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City.
