Yvette Denise Allen, 65, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Dayton, Ohio on Monday April 24, 2023.
Yvette was born on May 28 1957, to Hilda and Miles Allen in Roswell, NM.
She worked as a deputy clerk with Montgomery County Juvenile Court for over 20 years, and always had a smile on her face.
Yvette truly lived life to the fullest through traveling to multiple places around the world, chatting with friends and family, and spending time outdoors. Always quick to make sure you were fed once you walked In the door, and ensured you had enough to take home once you left.
Yvette was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and would often bring back fun toys and souvenirs from her travels to different countries, to give out to her grandsons during the holidays.
Yvette is survived by her mother Hilda. 4 sisters, Betty, Arnita, Felicia, Belinda and brother Kenneth. 1 son Brian and 2 grandchildren Isaiah and Parker.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with Funeral Services immediately following at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231. Burial will follow in procession to Glen Rest Memorial Garden - Reynoldsburg, OH.
