Zane D. Russell, 73, of Columbus, Ohio passed away January 11, 2022. He was born January 25, 1948 in Columbus to the late David Daniel and Charlene (Shelpman) Russell.
He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, George Earn Russell, Nancy Elizabeth Tolbert; siblings, David Russell, Misty Russell, Angel Russell, Lisa Marie Russell, Grey Russell; half-brother, Pearl Russell and uncle Titus Steven Russell.
Zane is survived by children, Zane Russell, Joseph Russell, Blaze Stearns and many grandchildren.
Zane loved to ride his motorcycle and to work on his car. He was known for working in flooring, specializing in hardwood.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 from 5-7pm. A funeral service will be held Monday at 10am at the Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Russell Cemetery in Trimble, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help assist with the funeral expenses.
