Zelma "Zee" MacDonald, 63, loving mother and grandmother passed away unexpectedly Saturday, December 16, 2006 in the arms of her loving daughter at her residence. She was born September 9, 1943, in Rockcastle WVa. Zee had an intense love for Dogwood Valley Campgrounds. She is preceded in death by her father, Howard Lathey and survived by her mother, Leona Schoolcraft Lathey. In addition to her mother she is survived by two daughters, Cindy McDonald and Rhonda (Tedd) Columbro; five grandchildren, Keith and Corey Laney, Kayla McDonald, Christopher and Annamaria` Columbro; two brothers a sister. Made many memories together with best friends Jeannette Moore and Ruth Banner along with the rest of the Dogwood Dollies Red Hat Chapter. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 19, 2006 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Nazarene 355 Cherrington Rd., Westerville with Pastor Mark Ledford, officiating with visitation one hour prior to services at the church.
